ASSIST TRAINING RETREAT
25-Hour Assisting Training Retreat with Pia Fiato: October 10–13, Catskills
Join Pia for an immersive long weekend in the stunning Catskill mountains and dive deeply into the art and professional craft of Yoga Assisting. This intensive retreat is designed to help you develop the confidence and precision needed to offer assists that are empowering and transformative for all bodies and levels of practice. Our time together will focus on building competency and comfort through practical application, group learning, partner work, and ample time for discussions and Q&A. We’ll explore the power of assisting through the lens of the yogic path, while addressing the unique challenges teachers may face in both studio and private session settings.
By the end, you’ll leave with the tools to immediately elevate your teaching, support your students with more intelligence and deepen your personal understanding of embodied alignment. Whether you’re new to assisting or looking to bring more artistry to your touch, this retreat offers an exceptional opportunity to be immersed in a learning environment and connect with a teaching community.
Oh. And we'll also have a LOT of fun!
All participants who complete the weekend will receive a 25-hour Continuing Education (CE) certificate with Yoga Alliance
