KALĀ YOGA MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The Kala Yoga Mentorship is a one-on-one program designed to be highly personalized and curated to meet your unique goals for growth and advancement. Dates and schedules are arranged collaboratively between the mentor and mentee, ensuring flexibility within the agreed-upon time frame and hours.

Participants are encouraged to identify specific areas of focus and to consider which mentor will be the best fit for their desired areas of development. Mentors will also provide additional areas of focus and insights through in-class observations once the program begins. The mentorship includes a combination of one-on-one meetings, in-class observing/assisting within your mentor's classes, being observed in your class by your mentor, feedback sessions and self-study components. This structure is intentionally designed to evolve organically, fully supporting your journey and centering your most meaningful areas of growth.

In some cases, if multiple mentees are working with the same mentor at overlapping times, occasional group sessions may be offered when appropriate or beneficial. These gatherings are meant to enhance your experience by creating additional opportunities for shared learning, connection, and community within the mentorship container.

Mentors: Pia Fiato, Jenny Chao, Shanna Honkomp, Adam Polhemes, Yvonne Ambree, Vera Kasper, Carlotta Sironi and Kate Sullivan.
