If you cannot attend your reserved in-person class, you must cancel through your Momence account at least 3 hours before class begins to avoid fees. If you cancel late or do not show up:

• Late Cancel Fee: $10

• No Show Fee: $20

These fees apply to unlimited membership holders only. Class pack holders will forfeit the class.

We know life happens, but we’re unable to make exceptions. These policies support fairness and help ensure more students have the opportunity to practice.

You must check in at least 3 minutes before class begins to be considered present.

If you arrive late, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist and no-show fees will apply.

If a class is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist — spots often open up!

With Momence, here’s how the waitlist works:

• Up until 1 hour before class, the system will automatically add you to class if a spot opens.

• After the 1-hour cutoff, if a spot becomes available, all waitlisted clients will receive an SMS, and the first to confirm will get the spot.

If you’re on the waitlist and can no longer attend, you must remove yourself at least 3 hours before class starts to avoid late cancel or no show fees.

Please ensure SMS and email notifications are enabled in your Momence account so you don’t miss alerts.

All monthly and annual memberships auto-renew.

You may cancel your renewal anytime via your Momence account by selecting the “Cancel Renewal” button.

•  For monthly memberships: cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

• For annual memberships: cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

We do not offer refunds for missed deadlines. It is the member’s responsibility to manage renewals via their account.

Monthly and Annual Memberships may be suspended up to 3 times per year, for a total of 2 months maximum.

•  The minimum suspension period is 2 weeks.

•  Email us at least 7 days before the intended start of your suspension with the start and end dates.

We do not process retroactive suspensions.

We do not offer refunds for workshops. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, we’re happy to apply the credit to another upcoming workshop.

Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will result in the full workshop fee being forfeited.

All class packs and drop-ins are nonrefundable and non-extendable beyond the expiration date. Class packs do not include free mat and towel rentals.

You may share a class pack with family or close friends, but please note:

• The entire pack becomes accessible to the person it’s shared with.
