Jet found Yoga while recovering from an athletic injury when she was 16 years old. While rehabilitation was what brought her to class, the connection to mindfulness and spirituality kept her practicing all these years later. She became a Yoga teacher while in college, and over the last eight years has expanded her teaching to include many other modes of movement, including Pilates. Her goal as a teacher is to create an accessible, light-hearted environment for her students to connect with themselves and with each other.
