Samantha Bowes is a professional mover who discovered yoga at age fifteen—a practice that offered her a calmer mind, deeper discipline, and a confidence she hadn’t yet found anywhere else. As the fitness and wellness world evolved, so did her curiosity. She expanded her training across multiple yoga styles and fell in love with the fire of hot Pilates and strength-based conditioning, both of which challenged her to dig deeper, play with her edges, and build power from the inside out.
This diverse foundation allows Samantha to meet students exactly where they are—whether they’re seeking strength, stillness, conditioning, or simply a space to breathe. In every class, you can expect mindful movement, clear and supportive cueing, a welcoming environment for all levels, gentle ego checks, and an invitation to turn inward, get curious, and grow.
