Ali’s passion for movement and teaching is contagious. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at New Love City in 2021, and has continued evolving her teaching ever since. She has participated in several Yin yoga teacher trainings with Be Leigh centered on TCM 5-element theory and the body’s energetic meridians. In 2026, she completed a Forrest Yoga-inspired 300-hour teacher training 

with Leslie Pearlman at Good Ground Yoga as well as a JEM mat Pilates certification with Jennie Epland at Kala Yoga.

Her yoga classes are dharma-focused and weave classical and modern styles to create an experience that is both grounded and alive. In her pilates classes, expect a slow burn with conscious intensity. Music and breathwork are fundamental to her classes. Whether you’re just starting to build your practice or a seasoned practitioner, she meets you where you are and guides you to grow.
